You will need a clear point of view, a bias toward action, and the confidence to handle complex work across several markets.

Responsibilities

  • Build and carry out marketing strategies that grow awareness, bring in new customers and keep existing ones.

  • Collect and analyse campaign performance data, spot trends, pull out insights, and suggest changes that make marketing more effective and raise ROI.
  • Set up and manage A/B tests, analytics and SEO work, and use what you learn to keep improving.
  • Keep up with marketing trends, techniques and best practices, and share useful findings with the team to guide strategy and new ideas.
  • Track and manage spend on assigned campaigns so it stays accurate and within approved plans.
  • Find and propose changes to marketing processes, tools and workflows that save time and improve campaign results.
  • Work closely with product, creative, data and channel partners to tie marketing work to business goals and keep messaging consistent for each audience.
  • Build partnerships with third parties, lead marketing efforts that raise brand awareness, open new channels and grow revenue.
  • Work with the insights and data analytics teams to build and use measurement frameworks that track and improve marketing performance.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of marketing strategy, campaign execution and performance optimisation across digital and physical channels.
  • A record of planning, running and improving multi-channel campaigns on your own, with a clear effect on business results.
  • Solid grasp of performance-based marketing and how to apply it.
  • An analytical mindset, with experience in performance metrics, testing, and using data to make marketing decisions.
  • Clear written and spoken communication, so you can explain strategy, campaign reasoning and performance insights to partners in other functions.
  • Strong project coordination, able to run several workstreams across teams and business units at once.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with creative and critical thinking.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, tools and best practices.
  • A good team player who works across functions and influences people through expertise, data and well-built business cases.
  • Proven project management across several teams and stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset: open to feedback, always improving, and current on marketing techniques and best practices to drive new ideas.
  • Over and above: experience in insurance, financial services or the automotive industry.
  • Over and above: experience planning and coordinating events for brand or direct-to-consumer products or activations.
  • Over and above: background in product management or product marketing, including input on feature and channel strategy.
