Description

You will join the Marketing Data & Insights team as Lead Marketing Analyst, Program Insights, acting as a strategic analytics partner to global go-to-market (GTM) teams.

You will measure the health, efficiency and risk of specialized GTM programs covering Financial Reporting, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Sustainability, and industry-specific verticals, and turn the data into insight that helps these solution areas adjust to market shifts and improve their specialized funnels for global growth.

The role goes past reporting. You will use sound analytical judgment, current analytics tools (including AI-assisted analysis) and business context to explain what the numbers mean: what is working, what is lagging, where risk sits, how spend turns into results, and how programs and measurement should change to get more pipeline and ROI.

The company is growing a complex, global, multi-motion GTM engine and investing heavily in data and AI. Knowing what will happen next matters as much as knowing what happened.

You will help the company make GTM decisions that are faster, smarter and better supported, shifting the work from looking backward to forward-looking, insight-led optimization by spotting leading signals of success and risk, finding the drivers of performance, and recommending clear actions in real time.

You will shape measurement practice, strengthen data foundations and build data literacy across GTM teams, which affects program efficiency, pipeline results and executive confidence in marketing's impact.

Responsibilities

  • Be the main analytics partner for assigned global GTM programs, with full visibility into their health, performance, efficiency and risk. Flag risks early, recommend mid-flight changes, and help decide budget, audience, channel mix and measurement.
  • Apply advanced analytics and AI-assisted methods such as trend detection, anomaly spotting, forecasting and scenario analysis to surface insight and risk early.
  • Find what drives over- or under-performance, including channel mix, audience targeting, execution quality, coverage gaps and conversion friction, and recommend prioritized actions.
  • Judge spend against results using cost per lead, pipeline contribution, stage conversion and ROI, and advise where to scale, optimize or cut investment.
  • Identify leading indicators of success or risk and recommend changes while programs are running.
  • Turn campaign, channel and regional results into clear insight for audiences from practitioners to senior leaders.
  • Tell each performance story: what happened, why it matters, and which strategic changes are needed.
  • Write decision-focused readouts that sort actions into doubling down on what works, fixing what underperforms, and dropping low-impact work.
  • Present complex data so that it is easy to follow, credible and usable by all stakeholders.
  • Propose new metrics and clearer definitions, and shape how targets, benchmarks and success criteria are set across programs, regions and motions.
  • Help improve metrics for pipeline creation, progression, efficiency and impact.
  • Find gaps, inconsistencies and outdated methods, and propose best-practice fixes.
  • Keep measurement consistent across regions, channels and GTM motions.
  • Build decision-ready dashboards and analyses that GTM leaders, campaign owners and regional marketers can use on their own, with clear context and interpretation.
  • Keep data accurate, consistent and scalable across regions and motions.
  • Work with operations and data teams to improve data models and reporting foundations.
  • Partner with Campaigns, Demand, Digital and Regional Marketing through planning, execution and retrospectives.
  • Work with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Finance and Data teams to align investment, targets and performance measurement.
  • Help non-technical teams become more comfortable with data and analytics.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years in a data insights or analytics function, focused on marketing data and program performance.
  • An undergraduate degree or an equivalent mix of relevant experience and skill.
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS GTM teams.
  • Strong record of giving actionable insight and recommendations in marketing or program analytics.
  • Proven ability to turn technical data into executive-level performance narratives that shape budget and strategy.
  • Solid grasp of B2B funnels, including pipeline attribution, lead-to-opportunity conversion and ROI modeling.
  • Advanced skill with modern analytics tools and SQL, and experience using AI-assisted analysis to speed up insight.
  • Experience working in a large, matrixed organization on global or multi-region marketing programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, with a track record of raising data literacy among non-technical marketing and sales staff.
