Description

The company is always open to hearing from talented, creative junior designers with strong fashion sense and commercial awareness, for any of its customer groups: womenswear, menswear, kids, and its other lines.

This open application suits someone who wants to build design skills while learning from experienced colleagues on international collections.

Responsibilities

  • Help build a current, up-to-date assortment that fits the customer, drawing on your understanding of their taste and your read on emerging trends and key products.
  • Bring attention to detail and fashion-forward thinking to the products and collections you help create.
  • Support the Product Designers and work with Product Manager, Pattern Maker, Print Designer, Planner, Buyer, Product Developer and Business Controller.
  • Produce flat sketches, keep collection overviews current and work with technical packs.
  • Help with concepts and contribute your own views on influences and trends.
  • Handle several tasks at once and take on other tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree (BA) in textile or fashion design.

  • Attention to detail and knowledge of fabrics.
  • A creative, forward-looking approach to fashion.
  • Good communication skills and the flexibility to adapt.
  • Ability to set priorities and stay organized.
  • Comfort working in diverse teams and sharing your ideas.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, constantly changing setting.
  • Self-motivation and initiative.
  • Fluent English. Swedish is not required.
  • A plus: experience with 3D CLO.
  • Portfolio with vision and mood boards, the full design process, and final collections or products from varied fashion projects, including work aimed at the company's womenswear customer that shows both your creative side and your commercial sense.

Conditions

The role is based in Stockholm and reports to the Assortment Designer.

The company works to build inclusive, diverse and fair workplaces and considers all diversity dimensions in recruitment, so please do not attach a cover letter.

Benefits

  • A staff discount card that works at the company's group brands, both in stores and online.
