Description

The team needs demos that are consistent, accurate and high quality, and that show product capabilities, direction and roadmap clearly to internal product, engineering, regional sales and marketing staff.

This is a junior product role focused on running demo operations. You will combine program and product management, coordinate across functions, and turn complex features into demo stories. The work centres on scaling demo processes, improving them over time, and keeping demos current and tied to business priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Help carry out the demo strategy for the Demo Center of Excellence, in line with product, sales and executive goals.
  • Shape a scalable way to create, govern, maintain and deliver demos across the organisation.
  • Build and run the demo tracker, work with product on the demo roadmap, and work with engineering on demo readiness.
  • Manage every stage of the demo lifecycle: intake, prioritisation, design, development, QA, deployment and retirement.
  • Work with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales Engineering and Marketing to keep demos accurate, consistent and technically sound.
  • Keep a central library of demo assets, scripts, environments and best practices.
  • Train, document and support internal teams around the world so they deliver demos consistently.
  • Run demo readiness or quality review programmes to keep delivery at a high standard.
  • Advise on messaging, positioning and storytelling within demos.
  • Define success measures, track demo engagement and performance, and report insights to leadership.
  • Find gaps in operations and lead changes that improve quality, scalability and efficiency.
  • Keep demo environments reliable, stable and version-controlled in step with product releases.
  • Act as the single point of contact for demo requests and their priority.
  • Work with go-to-market teams so demos show accurate value propositions and market narratives.
  • Work with engineering to keep demo environments stable, secure and aligned with what the live product does.

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years in program management, product management, product enablement or a similar cross-functional role.
  • You have built scalable demo, enablement or technical storytelling programmes.
  • You stay organised while juggling several projects at once.
  • You communicate, tell stories and present well.
  • You are at ease with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You understand product lifecycles, release management and SaaS or platform environments.
  • Nice to have: experience in enterprise software, automotive technology, cloud platforms or emerging tech.
  • Nice to have: a background in sales engineering, technical evangelism or customer-facing demos.
  • Nice to have: the ability to write demo scripts, flow diagrams, storyboards or high-fidelity demo content.
  • Nice to have: experience with demo tooling, sandbox environments or interactive product tour platforms.
