Description

The company is an AI lab founded in 2025 that builds a verification layer for AI.

It turns complex human knowledge, such as tax codes, legal rules, clinical guidelines and security protocols, into a formal representation, so every AI answer can be traced, questioned and proven.

Its design pairs foundation models trained to formalize and reason with a symbolic world model encoded in Lean 4.

The founders came from Google, DeepMind and Glean, and the team combines AI researchers with formal methods experts.

This is a hands-on product manager role that turns the company's formalization and verification work into products people use and trust. You would own one product area from problem discovery through launch and adoption, working with engineering, research, design, domain experts and the commercial team.

Responsibilities

  • Planned product areas are a self-serve workbench and developer experience, a tax product, and government products. Each PM gets one area, and this shared text can be adapted to that area's audience and workflow.
  • Help set direction, make practical trade-offs, and stay close to users as the product changes.
  • Find valuable problems by talking to users and watching their workflows, looking for where formalization and verification would bring a measurable gain.
  • Set product direction and priorities: the target user, use cases, roadmap and success measures for your area. Decide what to build next and explain why.
  • Turn technical capabilities into usable workflows. Write requirements, user journeys and acceptance criteria with engineering, research, design and domain experts.
  • Make verification understandable by showing users sources, assumptions, supporting evidence, open questions and changes, without claiming more than the system has established.
  • Run delivery: scope experiments and releases, resolve dependencies, test with users, and follow up on quality and adoption after launch.
  • Track activation, repeat use, task completion, time to value and product quality, and let the evidence guide decisions.
  • Work with the commercial team: support demos and customer discovery, bring market feedback into the roadmap, and separate reusable product needs from customer-specific requests.

Requirements

  • Experience taking a technical product from an unclear problem to shipped software and sustained use, with clear examples of your decisions and their outcomes.
  • Strong customer discovery and product judgment: you find the underlying need, test assumptions, and set priorities with limited time and resources.
  • Technical fluency: you can discuss APIs, data flows, model behavior and system constraints with engineers and researchers, and turn them into product choices.
  • You can lead across functions through clear reasoning, practical scoping and follow-through.
  • You are comfortable in information-rich workflows where correctness, evidence and user trust matter.
  • Especially strong candidates may also have:
  • Experience with developer tools, self-serve software, enterprise AI, or products used in regulated workflows.
  • Relevant tax or government workflow experience for the matching vertical role.
  • Experience as an early PM, setting up product practices and helping a technical team find repeatable adoption.
