Responsibilities

• Work on Java backend systems through their full lifecycle on multi-year European programs.
• Build REST APIs, services and platforms that handle complex domain logic, real users and high stakes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years as a Java or backend engineer.
• Curiosity about the domain.
• Patience to build systems meant to last a decade rather than a sprint.
• Experience with Java 11+, Spring or Spring Boot, microservices, REST and CI/CD.
• Kafka, Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) are a plus, not a requirement.
• French is a multiplier, never a requirement; if you speak it, the offer takes it into account.
• You do not need to meet every item to apply; the company hires for potential over a checklist.
