Java/Agular Full Stack Developer

Description

The role is a Full Stack Developer position on an Agile multidisciplinary team, covering several phases of Agile projects as well as support and maintenance work such as bug fixes and change requests across different technologies.

The company is a European digital services provider helping organizations adapt to ongoing technological change. Its work spans consulting, application services, digital engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, platforms and infrastructure services.

You will work across several squads depending on priorities, covering the company's business lines.

Responsibilities

• Take part in writing requirements from user needs.
• Build and test applications.
• Keep applications maintained and keep improving them over time.
• Write documentation following the client's BNP guidelines and requirements.
• Deploy applications to production and non-production environments.
• Build up your knowledge of the functional and technical areas assigned to you over time.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Java 11 to 21, the Spring framework, Spring Boot 3, Spring Cloud and Spring Batch.
• Hands-on experience with Angular 17 to 21, PrimeNG, HTML, CSS, TypeScript and Jest, or with Hibernate, Lombok and Liquibase.
• Experience with Kubernetes, HashiCorp Vault, Kafka and Kafka Connect.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Experience with Maven, Git, Jenkins, IntelliJ, Artifactory, or the Microsoft Office suite, Jira, Solife, and web application development.
• Experience building SOAP and REST web services.
• Experience with DevOps toolchains.
• Experience using AI tools to help write code.
• Experience working in Scrum.
• French is required.
• English is required, with reading, writing and speaking skills.

Conditions

Based in Portugal, with the ability to travel within Portugal and abroad.
