The Associate Experience Technology team builds simpler, digitally enhanced tools that help employees across the company do their work with less friction.

The team finds outdated processes and technology that waste people's time, then designs and builds better ways of working.

You will join a collaborative group with mixed skill sets, all aiming to improve the experience for every user across the company.

This is an Email/DevOps engineering role for someone who enjoys combining data with emerging technology and helping drive a major transformation.

Work follows iterative delivery in an inclusive, collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Meet with product owners to clarify what an application needs to do and which test scenarios to cover.
• Keep improving how the team builds software.
• Join Agile teams to design, build, test, deploy and support technical solutions across a full range of development tools.
• Own the craftsmanship, uptime, resilience and scalability of what you build.
• Stay current on technology trends, try and learn new tools, take part in internal and external communities, and coach other engineers.
• Encourage innovation, adoption of cutting-edge technology, inclusion, independent thinking, teamwork, self-direction and diversity.
• Build robust integrations that connect varied enterprise applications, including core platforms such as Salesforce CRM and Google Cloud (GCP) services.
• Lead the design and delivery of complex, enterprise-scale integrations across several systems, data sources and platforms.
• Act as technical integration lead on major initiatives, working with software, data and infrastructure teams to keep systems interoperable and performing well.
• Set integration standards, patterns and best practices for teams to follow.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree.
• Have at least 4 years of experience designing and maintaining cross-platform or cloud integrations.
• Have at least 3 years of experience automating system configuration or data workflows.
• Have at least 1 year of experience configuring and administering enterprise Secure Email Gateways.
• Preferred: 5+ years working in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Preferred: 3+ years developing or supporting API-based integrations with scripting or orchestration tools (AWS Lambda, Step Functions, MuleSoft).
• Preferred: 5+ years with deployment tooling (Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory).
• Preferred: 4+ years of Agile practice.
• Preferred: experience managing identity and access within systems.
• Preferred: 5+ years implementing large-scale integration solutions or data pipelines in cloud environments.
• Preferred: experience building integration frameworks or reusable components used by multiple teams or applications.
• Preferred: experience working with enterprise architects to define integration reference architectures.
• Preferred: familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Splunk, Datadog) to keep integrations reliable and performant.

Conditions

Full-time pay for Integration Engineer 4 is an annual salary: $164,800 to $188,100 in McLean, VA, and $149,800 to $171,000 in Richmond, VA.

Pay for work in other locations follows that location's range, and the exact salary is stated in the offer letter.

Part-time pay is prorated to the agreed regular hours.

The role is eligible for performance-based incentive pay, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives, discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
