  • Develop prospecting, enrichment, lead routing, and lifecycle automation that helps our GTM teams operate efficiently.
  • Design code-level monitoring, logging, and alerting to detect integration failures, workflow errors, and data quality issues.
  • Define and enforce data freshness Service Level Objectives (SLOs), including refresh schedules, monitoring, and remediation for stale or failed syncs.
  • Enforce system-wide email deliverability policies, including validation, suppression lists, sending limits, and bounce and complaint monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot issues across connected systems, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
  • Document integrations, system architecture, and operating procedures so workflows remain maintainable as the business grows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Growth Engineering, or a related technical operations role.
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Ironclad, Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, and n8n.
  • Strong experience customizing Ironclad contract management workflows and connecting contract data with other business systems.
  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods such as OAuth.
  • Demonstrated ability to build reliable integrations, including error handling, retries, rate-limit management, and monitoring.
  • Experience implementing email deliverability controls and maintaining accurate, timely data across connected systems.
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes, CRM architecture, and the relationship between sales workflows, contracts, and revenue data.
  • Excellent judgment, communication, and prioritization skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous business needs into practical technical solutions.
  • Strong ownership and comfort working independently in a fast-moving startup environment/
