The company is a global technology and professional services firm serving major US government, defense and intelligence agencies, with 26,000 staff across 50+ countries, focused on AI, cloud, cyber and software development.

  • Confirm IGA solutions meet compliance, security and operational requirements, working with subject matter experts to check technical fit.
  • Send leadership, stakeholders and mission partners clear, timely updates on project health, risks and progress.
  • Update documentation, processes and training materials, and manage cutover for new IGA capabilities.
  • Help bring applications and mission partners onto the enterprise IGA ecosystem so adoption and integration go smoothly.
  • Spot operational or governance gaps and work with engineers on enhancements and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance at minimum. Interim Secret clearances are not accepted.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related technical field, or an equivalent mix of education, technical certifications or training, and work experience.
  • DoD 8140 certification at Security+ CE or higher.
  • At least 5 years leading technical, cybersecurity or identity projects in complex enterprise settings.
  • Solid grasp of IGA capabilities: provisioning, deprovisioning, role and entitlement modeling, certification workflows and privileged access considerations.
  • Experience coordinating engineering, cybersecurity, operations and stakeholder teams.
  • Ability to manage roadmaps, schedules, requirements, risks and dependencies.
  • Working knowledge of identity protocols and authentication methods such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC and directory services.
  • Strong communication, organization and analytical skills, focused on execution and delivery.
  • 5+ years of related experience overall.
  • US citizenship is required.
  • The separate certifications field reads none.
  • Keywords listed: Project Deliverables, Project Delivery, Project Management.
  • Desired: experience with enterprise IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID Governance or similar.
  • Desired: familiarity with DoD ICAM, identity governance or federation initiatives.
  • Desired: understanding of NIST 800-63 identity assurance principles.
  • Desired: experience supporting Zero Trust Architecture with a focus on identity governance and access controls.
