Description

Who We Are

Serval is the AI-native enterprise service management platform that automates the work legacy IT service management tools only track. Our AI agents build the automations that power employee support, then resolve requests against them instantly—helping teams across IT, HR, finance, legal, and beyond automate work within one governed platform.

Companies including Fox, Live Nation, Notion, Ramp, and Lucid Motors run on Serval. Headquartered in San Francisco, we’ve raised $277 million from investors including Sequoia Capital, Redpoint Ventures, First Round, General Catalyst, and Elad Gil, most recently a $150 million Series C at a $3 billion valuation.

We’re building a team that moves quickly, takes ownership, and wants to make a meaningful impact on how the world’s largest organizations work. Come help us build what’s next for enterprise service management.

The mission

Our Commercial segments (Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Majors) are where Serval's growth engine runs: hundreds of target accounts, dozens of AEs, and a pipeline target that keeps getting bigger. You'll own field marketing across all three segments, leading a team of field marketers building the programs, playbooks, and machines that create pipeline predictably and at scale. You'll partner with the VPs and regional VPs of Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Majors to turn what works into repeatable plays every rep can count on.

This is a high-volume, programmatic role: more accounts, faster cycles, and a premium on systems that scale. You'll lead a team of field marketers from day one. Expect scope, budget, and headcount to grow as the segments scale and your programs deliver.

Responsibilities

  • Own the field marketing strategy for Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Majors: which accounts we go after, how we show up, and how we win.
  • Design the repeatable program portfolio your team runs: regional dinners, roadshows, executive roundtables, happy hours, conferences, and ABM across direct mail, gifting, and digital - tuned to each segment and each with a playbook, budget model, and success metrics.
  • Refine the machine behind every program: templated invite sequences, AE follow-up motions, and Salesforce campaign tracking, so your team runs it the same way in every region, every time.
  • Partner with segment VPs and RVPs on territory plans, target account lists, and quarterly priorities.
  • Partner with Global Events to maximize your segments’ pipeline from flagship conferences and owned events
  • Own the segments' budget and reporting. Hold the team accountable to pipeline sourced and influenced, meetings booked, conversion by program, and AE follow-up execution, and use it to decide where the next dollar goes.
  • Lead and grow the team. Manage the field marketers who run programs day to day across segments: set goals, coach, and hire as we scale. Raise the bar by leading from the front: run programs yourself, get into the weeds when it matters, and use what you learn to level up the team.

Requirements

  • A builder of machines. You see one great dinner and immediately think about how to run it in ten cities next quarter.
  • A systems thinker who thinks like a seller. You know which plays move pipeline at each stage, and you build them so the field can run them without you in the room.
  • Data-driven and ROI-obsessed. You know your cost per opportunity and pipeline per program, and you're quick to double down on what works and cut what doesn't.
  • A playbook person with taste. Scale doesn't mean generic. You make programs feel personal across hundreds of accounts.
  • A leader who executes. Like every leadership role at Serval, this one is a combination of execution, strategy, and management. You'll set the playbook for the segments, run it yourself, and lead the team that scales it. Read how we think about Super ICs and managers.
  • 7-10+ years in field marketing, ABM, or demand generation.
  • Proven track record building scalable, repeatable field programs that drove measurable pipeline and closed-won revenue across many accounts and regions.
  • Experience managing a team of field marketers: setting goals, coaching, and growing people.
  • Deep experience partnering with sales leaders and large AE teams. You know how to drive AE adoption and follow-up, not just attendance.
  • Strong operational skills with Salesforce, HubSpot (or similar), sales engagement tools (Amplemarket, Outreach, or similar), event platforms, and intent tools (6sense, Demandbase, or similar).
  • Strong data skills. You can build reports, run program-level ROI, and make data-driven decisions about where to invest.
  • Comfortable with 25% travel with variances seasonally.

Benefits

  • Impact : Be a key player in shaping the success of our product and company.
  • Growth : Build a fundamentally new AI product offering with the support of our experienced team and investors. Grow rapidly with the company.
  • Culture : Join a culture that values innovation, ownership, accountability, and fun.
