Why we're looking for you

The company powers the digital guest experience for thousands of restaurants, from online ordering and branded apps to loyalty and lifecycle engagement.

We're hiring a Head of Design, Consumer to own that experience end to end, shaping how millions of guests discover, order from, and return to their favorite restaurants.

This is a hands-on leadership role . You'll set the design vision, lead a small, high-performing team, and personally drive the most complex design challenges. You'll build systems that scale across thousands of distinct restaurant brands while directly influencing conversion, retention, and revenue.

The company is essentially the developer, branding agency, and CMO for every one of our customers. We have a unique opportunity to provide tools that enable rich brand expression that delivery apps would never support, while also facilitating world class consumer ordering experiences.

The impact you'll have

Own the consumer experience. Set the design vision across online ordering, native mobile apps, loyalty, and lifecycle engagement.

Build for scale. Create flexible design systems that deliver exceptional, differentiated experiences across thousands of restaurant brands.

Lead through craft. Stay hands-on in design, prototyping, and execution while raising the bar for a senior team.

Drive measurable outcomes. Use experimentation, customer insights, and data to improve conversion, repeat orders, and revenue.

Build AI-native experiences. Design and ship intelligent consumer experiences, leveraging AI and code to accelerate execution.

Shape product strategy. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to identify opportunities, make tradeoffs, and ship high-impact work.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product design, including experience leading and developing high-performing designers.
• Exceptional hands-on craft. A portfolio demonstrating personal ownership of complex, high-quality consumer experiences.
• Experience building scalable design systems, ideally across multi-brand, white-label, or multi-tenant products.
• Deep expertise in consumer products, commerce, and native mobile (iOS/Android).
• AI-native practitioner who prototypes, designs in code, and has shipped AI-powered product experiences.
• Proven ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes through experimentation and measurable impact.
• Strong product judgment, high ownership, urgency, and a willingness to challenge assumptions and execute through ambiguity.
