Description

As our Head of Brand & Marketing DACH (f/m/d) , you lead DACH market expansion, drive localized omni-channel growth, and establish KoRo as a top-of-mind household name.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & GTM Execution: You own and execute the localized omni-channel brand playbook across PR, social media, events, and activations to build local hype and drive commercial growth in the DACH region.
  • Team Leadership & Steering: You direct, coach, and develop the brand team, setting clear execution standards, priorities, and sustainable workflow governance to help employees grow.
  • Budget & Retail P&L Ownership: You allocate and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI across sales channels, while taking direct operational and P&L oversight for physical KoRo stores and the KoRo Café in Berlin.
  • Cross-Functional Brand Consulting: You serve as the strategic brand authority, collaborating with central performance marketing, CRM, and retail teams to ensure maximum market relevance across all touchpoints.
  • Strategic Expansion: You analyze consumer behavior, DACH culture, and e-commerce insights to identify strategic growth opportunities and advise senior leadership on long-term expansion.
  • What you bring:
  • Degree in International Business, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in the DACH region, preferably in the food industry, with expertise across Brand Management, online/offline Marketing, Retail, and Expansion
  • Deep familiarity with DACH culture, snacking habits, e-commerce landscape, consumer behavior, and regional nuances across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Track record of bringing big, crazy ideas to life, combined with an analytical, data-driven mindset and a genuine passion for disrupting the snacking industry
  • Genuine drive to deeply understand KoRo's business model and actively disrupt the snacking industry
  • Excellent German and English skills in both speech and writing
  • You live in Berlin or the surrounding area, or are willing to relocate

Benefits

  • Smart Working & Flexibility: Flexible working hours, hybrid work, and 20 days of workation. We trust you to take ownership: you deliver on our shared goals and structure your day in the way that works best for you. You’ll also start with 28 days of vacation, increasing by one additional day per year of tenure (capped at 30 days), so you always have time to recharge.
  • Growth & Setup: A structured onboarding plan to get you started, plus a dedicated development budget for your personal and professional growth. You’ll also receive your own MacBook and a fully equipped office setup with monitors and height-adjustable desks.
  • KoRo Life & Extras: Free snacks and barista coffee in the office, 20% discount in the KoRo Online-Shop, and exclusive perks with partner companies. On top of that, a fully funded BVG ticket (Jobticket), a subsidy for your fitness membership (Urban Sports Club, Hansefit, or FitX), and a company pension scheme (bAV) via Ginkgo.
  • Shared Moments: Regular team events and company parties to celebrate milestones and successes together.
  • We're looking for People who share our Mindset
  • For us, it's not just about the what , but above all about the how . You'll be a perfect fit for us if you have the following mindset:
  • You take initiative and ownership. You don't wait for a perfect brief or a mandate to get started. When you see an opportunity, a risk, or something that can be improved - you act. When things don't go as planned, you look at your own contribution first and step up, without waiting to be asked.
  • You thrive in change. Shifting priorities and evolving processes don't slow you down. You adapt fast and keep moving.
  • You build, you don't wait. When something is missing - a tool, a process, a solution - you create it. You prefer a working MVP over a perfect plan and iterate from there.
  • You think in leverage. You question how things are done, prioritize ruthlessly, and find smarter paths to better outcomes. You don't mistake effort for impact.
  • You're a team player, humble and genuinely kind. You collaborate in and across teams, care about the people around you, and bring sparkles to the room. You speak up when you disagree, commit fully once a decision is made, and actively make the people around you better.
  • Own it – Move fast – Build it – Create impact – Lift others
  • Sounds good?
  • Then we’d love to hear from you! Send us your CV and tell us a little about yourself in a few introductory sentences – who you are, what drives you, and why you’d like to become part of KoRo. After all, we’re looking for team members, not just co-workers!
  • The KoRo team is just as diverse as our product range! We want to keep it that way as our nut-loving team grows. That’s why we welcome all applicants regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic or social background, religion or belief, disability, age, sexual orientation, or identity.
  • Ready to join KoRo? We look forward to hearing from you!
