The company builds tools that make computer vision models simpler to create and use. Over 1M+ developers, including developers at half the Fortune 100, use its open source and hosted machine learning tools for projects such as counting cells in cancer research, improving construction site safety, digitizing floor plans, protecting coral reefs, and guiding drones.
The team is small compared to its reach. Software is treated as a multiplier for every function, so developers work in design, sales, customer support, marketing and other areas as well as product and engineering.
The company has raised over 63 million from investors including Google Ventures, Y Combinator, Craft Ventures, Sam Altman and Lachy Groom, among other software investors.
Interview process: you will have several conversations with the hiring manager and a member of the leadership team, and you will complete a role-relevant project or challenge. Expect a 30 minute recruiter or hiring manager call covering mindset and skills, a 60 minute technical assessment, two 30 minute conversations with other team members, and a 30 minute leadership discussion about culture. Before the interview, the team reviews your application, LinkedIn and GitHub. Writing about something you built with the company or contributing to one of its open source projects helps you stand out. References are required and the team will arrange timing. You can ask to meet anyone on the team and the team will try to arrange it.
Responsibilities
Build and scale the systems the revenue team depends on, reporting to the Revenue Operations lead and working closely with sales leadership, finance, marketing and data engineering.
Revenue Operations defines how pipeline is measured, how the forecast is built, how territories and account handoffs run, and how far the numbers can be trusted. Your work is hands-on: you will implement, customize and scale Salesforce and the wider GTM stack, including Outreach and enrichment platforms, and build custom tools and AI-powered workflows where off-the-shelf options fall short.
You will start by building under the Revenue Operations team and later take ownership of the Salesforce architecture as the function grows. The systems you ship will affect how fast new reps ramp, how accurate the forecast is, and how smoothly accounts move from first purchase to company-wide expansion. You will work with sales, operations and engineering to turn requirements into finished solutions.
Build and extend Salesforce features, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and custom objects, turning Revenue Operations designs into tested, source-controlled systems.
Implement the data models for how the company sells: account hierarchies and site-level data, product catalog and packaging, territory and coverage assignment, and account handoffs between teams.
Build the inputs and enforcement for forecasting: stage exit criteria and gates, forecast categories, pipeline snapshots, and field history for tracking forecast accuracy over time.
Work with data engineering on programmatic BI using SQL, BigQuery and code-defined dashboards on Salesforce data, plus native Salesforce reports, templates, and folder and permission structures for self-service use.
Own data quality across Salesforce and connected GTM systems, covering deduplication, field standardization, ownership cleanup, and cleanup views that tell each rep what to fix and why.
Lead integration and data pipeline work across the GTM stack, including migrations as tools are retired or replaced.
Build the infrastructure for partner and cloud marketplace revenue, including deal registration, sourced versus influenced attribution, and reporting the whole team can rely on.
Support the variable compensation program with data quality work and management support.
Act as the control point for AI agents in the GTM stack, managing permissions, access and rollout, and design and deploy AI and LLM-powered GTM workflows yourself.
Share end user support with the team, including lead routing and assignment troubleshooting, round-robin logic, SLA misses, and bulk list uploads for marketing campaigns and sales prospecting.
