Your job is to design automated systems that speed up growth across generative media and LLMs, mainly in how the company runs its inbound and outbound go-to-market work.
You will look for ways to win, activate, convert and grow customers, then design, build and test workflows that turn those openings into results you can measure.
You will work with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success, and own each workflow from first idea and prototype through launch, team uptake, monitoring and upkeep. You choose what to build by expected business value and track the outcome.
Responsibilities
Audit the funnel and study customer journeys to find where manual work or missing data slows growth.
Pick the customer segments and buying signals worth testing, and rank build work by likely revenue impact.
Create and maintain automated inbound and outbound workflows that cut manual effort, raise efficiency and support acquisition, activation and expansion.
Link the CRM, research tools and internal systems to account, product and revenue data, including automated enrichment, deduplication and account matching, with checks, monitoring and error handling so growing volume does not break them.
Find target accounts and buyers, act on buying signals with timely, tailored outreach, and work with Sales and Marketing on offers, messages and follow-up within targeting, suppression and deliverability rules.
Track sign-ups, first API calls, stalled model evaluations and steady production use to find promising accounts and blocked conversions. Set account scoring, routing and Sales handoffs so customers get help at the right moment.
Spot growing workloads, falling usage and chances for customers to adopt more models or modalities. With Sales and Customer Success, build workflows to act on these signals and test them before wider use.
Build quick, practical tools for commercial teams, such as account research, call prep and routine CRM updates. Release early versions, collect feedback, drive adoption, and document and maintain them.
Set hypotheses, baselines and success measures for each experiment. Track qualified pipeline, conversion to paid use, expansion, revenue and operating cost, use controlled comparisons where practical, and retire workflows that show no measurable return.
Requirements
You have built GTM systems that moved acquisition, conversion, expansion, retention or sales productivity, and you can explain the commercial problem, what you built and the results.
You write scripts, query data and work directly with APIs and webhooks. You can tell when an off-the-shelf automation tool fits and when custom code is needed. You have deployed AI workflows or tools others depend on and can describe how you judged their output quality and commercial effect.
You can dig into unclear growth problems, test assumptions and run structured experiments. You set your own priorities and carry projects through to measurable results.
You build in validation, error handling and monitoring from the start. You understand data permissions, suppression lists and email deliverability, and you keep the systems you deploy running.
You can pick up a technical product, test an API yourself, and talk clearly with developers and commercial teams. You understand how customers judge model quality, latency, reliability and cost.
Differentiator: experience with enrichment, automation or CRM platforms such as Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, HubSpot or Salesforce.
Differentiator: experience growing an API product, developer tool, AI service or similar business with usage-based pricing.
Differentiator: familiarity with generative media, LLM applications, inference APIs, and how engineering teams move models from evaluation into production.
Conditions
The team is remote-first and meets in person twice a year.
Core hours are kept for shared work and calls. Outside them, you control your calendar and can work the hours that suit your best output and a healthy life.
Release cycles are intense and followed by real downtime. After major pushes, the team is expected to unplug and recharge before the next push.
Benefits
Generous paid time off covering vacation, sick days and public holidays.
Stock options, so you share in the value you help create.
Paid family leave for maternity, paternity and caregiving.
