Description

Careers that change lives start here. The company is a global leader in healthcare technology with a Mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life. Your unique talents will help shape the future of healthcare while building a career grounded in purpose, growth, and impact.

A Day in the Life

The company Digital Technologies is building the future of connected intelligent surgery through the Touch Surgery ecosystem. As our portfolio evolves, artificial intelligence and data will play an increasingly important role in supporting surgical teams with clinically grounded insights before, during and after procedures. We are looking for a Global Marketing Manager to own the development and communication of our commercial AI and data story, demonstrating how connected surgical data can be transformed into meaningful insights and new capabilities for customers.

The central purpose of this downstream marketing role is to create and communicate a clear, credible and differentiated story about the company’s role in AI and data-enabled surgery.

The role leads global promotion of AI and data-enabled capabilities within the Touch Surgery ecosystem, connecting individual product launches into a compelling overarching narrative. It translates complex technology, clinical evidence and customer needs into value propositions, launch strategies and commercial tools that build understanding, confidence and demand.

Working closely with Upstream Marketing, which leads portfolio strategy, product roadmaps and requirements, the role ensures future capabilities are grounded in customer needs and positioned for successful commercialisation.

In partnership with Product, R&D, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Privacy and regional commercial teams, it ensures a consistent, evidence-led AI and data story that resonates across markets and customer touchpoints.

Success is measured through the strength and adoption of the AI and data narrative, launch readiness, commercial execution and customer adoption of new capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Own, develop and continually evolve the commercial AI and data story for the company Digital Technologies and the Touch Surgery ecosystem.

Partner closely with Upstream Marketing to translate portfolio strategy and product roadmaps into clear, compelling and differentiated commercial narratives.

Articulate the company’s surgical data advantage and the role of data in powering insights, AI applications and the connected ecosystem.

Lead global promotion and go-to-market planning for individual AI and data-enabled capabilities.

Connect individual applications to the wider Touch Surgery ecosystem story, creating a consistent narrative across the portfolio.

Translate technical capabilities and clinical evidence into relevant customer benefits, proof points and commercial messages.

Partner with Regulatory, Legal, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Privacy and technical teams to develop accurate, differentiated and compliant claims.

Build launch plans, campaigns, sales tools, training and customer-facing content for global and regional teams.

Provide customer, competitive and commercial insight to Upstream Marketing to support roadmap, product-development and evidence-planning decisions.

Develop customer segmentation and engagement strategies for surgeons, surgical teams, hospital executives and technology stakeholders.

Monitor the evolving AI, data and digital surgery landscape, identifying competitive threats, market trends and opportunities for differentiation.

Support congresses, thought-leadership initiatives and clinical partnerships that strengthen the company’s position in AI and data-enabled surgery.

Establish launch and adoption metrics, monitor performance and adapt plans based on customer and commercial feedback.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in marketing, product management, commercial strategy or a related function, including experience launching complex healthcare or technology products.

Demonstrated ability to create compelling strategic narratives from complex technical, clinical or scientific information.

Experience partnering effectively with upstream marketing, product development and regional commercial teams.

Experience leading cross-functional programmes within a complex, matrixed organisation.

Strong strategic, analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in medical devices, digital health, software, artificial intelligence, data-enabled solutions or surgical technologies.

Strong track record in global downstream marketing, storytelling and new-product commercialisation.

Understanding of regulated product claims, clinical evidence, data privacy and medical-device launch processes.

Experience working with clinicians, healthcare executives and regional commercial teams.

Ability to operate effectively in an evolving environment where products, evidence and market requirements develop over time.
