The company makes an AI marketing platform used by 15% of the Fortune 500, and it is where marketing teams handle research, briefs, content, campaigns and reporting in one place, with agents doing much of the work.

The platform runs on over 2B real user prompts and keeps growing. Its data shows what people ask AI and how models answer. The AI Marketer layer combines that data with detailed customer context to find worthwhile opportunities, then runs agents to automate reporting, draft content, audit pages for readability and do competitive research.

This is the first G&A Recruiter role. You will own end-to-end hiring for the Finance, HR, Legal and Recruiting teams, working with each function's leaders to decide who to hire and then running every search from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for G&A roles in Finance, HR, Legal and Recruiting
• Set up sourcing channels, including outbound, referrals and talent communities, that keep a steady flow of candidates coming in
• Work with hiring managers on hiring strategy for each function: scoping roles, setting levels, deciding the order of hires and choosing where to look
• Create scorecards, interview loops and firm SLAs for each search, building them from nothing where none exist
• Write clear outreach and give candidates a hands-on experience that fits the company's pace and values
• Track the funnel through clean ATS data, conversion dashboards and channel return, and adjust quickly based on results

Requirements

• Experience hiring Finance, HR, Legal and Recruiting people at fast-growing startups, preferably in NYC
• You close hires yourself, from writing the job description through negotiating and signing the offer
• You source creatively, have a strong network and keep at it to build one where none exists
• You track time to fill and source yield, and you know how to clear bottlenecks
• You are assertive and persuasive, comfortable being the first in the seat and building process, standards and relationships from zero, while pushing for speed without cutting quality
• You have hands-on experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools and workflows and apply them to sourcing, outreach and candidate evaluation

Conditions

This is an on-site role in the NYC or SF office, suited to builders who move fast, iterate and want real impact.

The expected base salary is $160,000 to $215,000 for NYC and SF. Total compensation includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. The final package depends on skills, experience, qualifications and location, and is set during the interview process. The recruiting team will share full compensation and benefits details as hiring moves forward.
