Full Stack Product Engineer – B2B Marketing & Lead Management (m/f/d)
Hybrid

Description
Thousands of small and mid-sized businesses find the company online every month, and each of them could become a B2B customer. You will build the system that turns that online interest into revenue, from the first click to the first rental: generating leads, scoring them, routing them to the right people quickly, and measuring what works.
You will be part of a small cross-functional team based in Lisbon. The team works directly with marketing and business leaders at the HQ in Munich, Germany, with one goal: improve the company's B2B marketing and lead management in measurable ways.
The company runs a ready-made AWS platform that all engineering teams build on. You use it from day one, so you can start quickly.
The team has no sprint ceremonies and no quarter-long roadmaps. You release changes within days, monitor production, and keep improving. AI agents write all code and tests. You decide what gets built, keep the quality bar high, and are accountable for the outcome.
The company is a globally leading mobility provider with revenue of €4.3 billion and about 9,000 employees worldwide. Its mobility platform ONE combines car rental, car sharing, taxi and chauffeur services, and car subscriptions, with a fleet of 360,000 vehicles, 4,000 cooperation partners, and around 5 million drivers worldwide. Together with franchise partners, it operates in more than 100 countries across 2,000 rental stations.
Responsibilities
You own features across the full B2B lead lifecycle, from lead generation to scoring and processing, and take each one to production on AWS.
You turn a marketing question into a live experiment within days: build it, ship it, measure it, then scale it or drop it. Larger bets take weeks, not quarters.
You build using AI coding agents such as Claude Code as your only way of working. The agents write the code and tests while you define the spec, direct the work, and decide when output is ready to ship.
You build on the company's production AI infrastructure, including the LLM gateway and the managed agent platform. You bring AI into the lead flow, from LLM-powered features to agents running in production.
You run what you build. You are responsible for pipelines, deployments, observability, and the security of your services, with DevSecOps as the default.
You connect the lead flow to the platforms B2B marketing relies on, such as Salesforce, Google, and LinkedIn, so no lead is lost between the first click and the first sales conversation.
You choose the right tool for each problem, whether a backend service, a React frontend, or a Python scoring model. Most lead processing problems sit in the backend, so much of your work will be there.
You work closely with marketing and business leaders in Lisbon and at the Munich HQ, and with the CRM engineering team. You challenge vague requests and turn them into experiments that confirm or disprove an idea within days.
Requirements
You have built and run production backend services and data pipelines. The team mainly uses Java and Go microservices with Kafka and PostgreSQL on AWS, and Python for data and scoring. You learn fast and deliver, and the specific language matters less than that.
You are comfortable with SQL and data warehouses. You understand how event tracking and web analytics such as GA4 work, and where they tend to fail.
You already use coding agents in your daily work. You know how to direct them, review their output critically, and spot errors. Experience with an LLM gateway or managed agent platform is a plus, but the drive to build AI into a product is what matters most.
You take ownership of building, deploying, and observing your services, and treat security, testing, and monitoring as part of your job.
You prefer shipping a small working version this week over a perfect plan next month, and you can iterate quickly without lowering quality.
No marketing or B2B background is required. You want to understand how leads become customers and which numbers matter, and you push back on vague asks.
