Description

InLoop builds warehouse robots that run fully autonomously in customer warehouses today. The fleet is growing quickly, and the demand is huge.

We're hiring a software engineer to build everything around the robot: our fleet backend, the SDK customers use to connect to us, and the console our remote operators work in. You'll work with our CTO on architecture and with our product team on what to build next.

You'll use AI coding agents every day, and you own what they write. You know how to architect a system, not just how to ship a diff.

What you'll work on first

\- Fleet backend. Databases, APIs and infrastructure on AWS for a fleet that grows every month.

\- InLoop SDK. Build and support the SDK customers use to connect our robots to their systems with minimal integration work.

\- Operator console. Improve the browser based console our remote operators use through a VR headset, including low latency video.

\- Customer integrations. Work with our deployment engineers to connect new sites fast.

\- Internal tools. Dashboards and tools our team uses to run deployments and data collection.

Requirements

  • \- 3+ years building production backends and APIs
  • \- Strong with databases and AWS
  • \- You've designed a system end to end and lived with it in production
  • \- Heavy, disciplined use of AI coding agents: you run several at once and still review and architect properly
  • \- Comfortable talking to customers' technical teams about integrations
  • \- Robotics, IoT or fleet software
  • \- Low latency video streaming in the browser (WebRTC or similar)
  • \- WebXR or VR interfaces
  • \- SDK or API design for external developers
  • \- German
  • How to apply
  • Apply here and include a link to something you built and run in production. That tells us more than a CV.
  • Experience: 3+ years
  • Visa: US citizenship/visa not required
