Front End/Angular 2+/Full Stack Java Developer

Description

This is a Software Engineering role in the Full Stack Java Developer track, where you build new products or improve existing applications.

The position requires an active Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph, or the ability to obtain one. No public trust clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze software requirements, integrate systems, and research and design solutions.
• Develop and test software and tools.
• Help create new products or enhance existing applications.
• Work with customers and end users on complex assignments, and lead them where needed.
• Apply technical standards and methods to solve problems in creative ways that support the company's financial and business goals.
• Act as the company's technical spokesperson on your subject area.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Experience building object-oriented applications in Java 1.8 or higher.
• Experience with Angular 2+ or ReactJS for web development.
• Experience with MongoDB or relational databases.
• Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Data and Spring Boot.
• Solid grasp of software engineering concepts, principles and theories.
• Ability to apply technical standards and methods to resolve issues creatively.
• Ability to work as part of a team and meet personal and team commitments.
• Skills in C++, Java and software development.
• No certifications required.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Conditions

Location: Hanover, Maryland, USA. The role is onsite, 40 scheduled hours per week, with no travel required.

Salary is likely to fall between $122,275 and $165,431. This is not a guaranteed figure. Pay is set by experience, geographic location and possibly contractual terms, and may fall outside this range.
