Description

The company is a major media and entertainment business that makes film, TV and streaming content and extends it into theme parks, consumer products and experiences.

The team is the central brand marketing contact for the EMEA region across several divisions. It works on shared plans for core franchises including Jurassic World, Trolls, Minions, Dragons, Gabby's Dollhouse, Fast & Furious and Vault catalogue titles.

The team sits within the Franchise, Products & Partnerships group, which takes the company's brands, characters and stories into consumer products, games, theme park merchandise and retail. It also handles franchise management and strategic partnerships for owned properties and third-party partners.

This is a 12-month internship based in the Central London office.

Responsibilities

  • Help teams collaborate on franchise plans by gathering and sharing information across global, regional and local franchise teams and the products and experiences group.
  • Build pitch materials, organise and interpret research data, and present franchise information for pitches and discussions with stakeholders and partners.
  • Give local teams and partners access to franchise assets, and become the expert on the guardrails and guidelines for each franchise so you can support approval of marketing materials.
  • Contribute to franchise initiatives on social media and with influencers, aiming to raise brand awareness and position the franchises as evergreen properties for the audience.
  • Keep franchise materials and key documents up to date so teams have the tools they need to plan activity.
  • Take on ad hoc projects directed by the Senior Marketing Manager and Vice President.
  • Handle admin tasks, including generating purchase orders and managing the flow of invoices.
  • Connect with other interns across the company to share information.

Requirements

  • A proactive, self-starting approach and the confidence to take initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks for several stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and a creative mindset.
  • Clear written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • A genuine interest in brand marketing, film and TV content and the entertainment industry.
  • To join, you must meet one of these routes: you are an undergraduate at university returning to full-time study in Autumn 2028, or you are looking to gain work experience after completing your A-Levels, an equivalent course or an Apprenticeship.
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the whole internship, from Monday 5 July 2027 to Friday 21 July 2028.
  • You must be able to work on site at the Central London office 4 days per week.

Conditions

The internship runs for 12 months, from Monday 5 July 2027 to Friday 21 July 2028.

  • Exclusive employee discounts.
  • Access to the company's employee rewards programme, with chances to win movie premiere tickets, swag bundles and more.
  • Free streaming access to a range of popular platforms.
  • Valuable hands-on experience in a global entertainment business, with the chance to learn from colleagues across many business units worldwide.
