Founding Engineer

The company builds infrastructure that lets AI agents work with any software by turning applications into programmable APIs.

Today agents mostly click buttons, move through pages, and use UIs built for people, which is slow, brittle, and hard to scale. The company reverse engineers applications and turns their workflows and actions into dependable read-and-write APIs, whether or not the application offers one.

The target covers modern cloud apps, web portals, retail sites, legacy desktop software, and on-premises systems. The aim is to become the layer that connects AI agents to the software running the real world.

The role is a founding engineer position working directly with the founders to build and scale the core technology.

Responsibilities

• Reverse engineer web apps, desktop software, and legacy systems to build reliable read/write APIs.
• Build and scale the infrastructure that runs, monitors, and maintains integrations across thousands of customer environments.
• Tackle hard problems in authentication, session handling, browser automation, network protocols, and undocumented APIs.
• Build reliable ways to work with on-premise software over RDP, virtual machines, and other remote access methods.
• Talk with customers about their technical needs, debug issues, and deliver fixes quickly.
• Design systems that keep working through UI changes, application updates, and unexpected failures.
• Help set the engineering culture, architecture, and technical direction from the start.

Requirements

• Solid experience in reverse engineering, backend engineering, distributed systems, or infrastructure.
• Comfortable with browser internals, HTTP requests, network traffic, authentication flows, and undocumented APIs.
• Able to investigate unfamiliar systems on your own and work out how they function.
• Experience building production systems where reliability, performance, and scale count.
• Able to move fast, handle several priorities at once, and own problems from start to finish.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to work directly with customers.
• Self-motivated, curious about how technology works, and inclined to ship.
• Open to any experience level, including new graduates.

Conditions

The work is highly technical and hands-on, with close customer contact, tight deadlines, and frequent switching between industries such as healthcare, logistics, and enterprise software.
