Responsibilities

• Own renewals and expansion, growing each account from one lane or brokerage to its full freight footprint.
• Own onboarding for every new logistics customer, taking them from signed contract to AI-booked loads within days rather than months.
• Act as the customer's voice inside the company.
• Build the customer success playbook from scratch, covering onboarding, health scoring, QBRs, and escalation.

Requirements

• You are comfortable working closely with customers on site, watching how they use the product.
• You move quickly and make decisions without overthinking them.
• You are technical enough to debug an AI agent's behavior while a customer is on the call.
• You take end-to-end ownership of outcomes, and if a customer is not getting value, you solve it.
• You want to join early-stage company where your work has a direct impact.
• Experience: any, new graduates welcome.

Conditions

Base salary of $140, $170 plus variable pay tied to retention and expansion.

Interview process: 30 minutes with the founders, then a 30-minute work assignment.
