The company has shipped more than 4 billion devices.

Requirements

  • Have run regional events from start to finish, including trade shows, seminars, webinars, customer roundtables and partner activities, covering objectives, booth strategy, logistics, staffing, budget and lead follow-up.
  • Have marketed through distribution and rep channels, including partner enablement, co-marketing, MDF planning and joint demand generation.
  • Work directly with regional sales leaders on joint account targeting, agreed pipeline goals, lead follow-up SLAs and regular pipeline reviews.
  • Own a regional program budget and report spend, pipeline contribution and ROMI by country, program and account.
  • Use marketing automation, CRM and BI reporting hands-on to build regional campaign flows, track leads through to sales and report performance without waiting on corporate.
  • Communicate clearly and manage projects well, working independently across time zones, cultures and competing regional priorities.
  • English proficiency is required to communicate, collaborate and perform the role in a professional business environment.
  • You do not need to meet every requirement to be a qualified candidate.
  • Desired: minimum 7+ years in field, regional or channel marketing within semiconductor, electronic components or high-technology, including direct EMEA responsibility.
  • Desired: based in EMEA, able to travel across the region about 30% of the time, and work effectively with a US-headquartered marketing team.
  • Desired: business-level English is required; German, French or another regional language is strongly preferred.
  • Desired: familiarity with the EMEA electronics event calendar, including embedded world, electronica and key regional and vertical conferences, plus a clear view of where to invest and where not to.
  • Desired: established relationships with, or strong working knowledge of, EMEA distribution and rep partners such as Arrow, Avnet/EBV, Future, Mouser, Digi-Key and Farnell, and the regional trade media.
  • Desired: understanding of the region's priority end markets (automotive, industrial and automation, aerospace and defense, telecom infrastructure and datacenter) and how design-win cycles differ across them.
  • Desired: practical command of GDPR and regional data privacy rules as they apply to event data capture, lead handling and email programs.
  • Desired: comfortable building processes from scratch, setting priorities without a template and asking for what the region needs.
  • Desired: experience applying AI tools to localization, content adaptation and regional reporting.
  • Desired: quick at building trust with sales teams and partners, with strong verbal, presentation, negotiation and written communication skills.
  • Desired: bachelor's degree required in marketing, communications, business or a related field; technical or engineering background a plus.
