An FDE is an engineer who works where the product meets the customer. You take our most important merchants’ messiest, most open-ended problems and turn them into working production solutions.
Think of it as being a startup CPTO for each client.
You own the problem end to end: you scope it, design the architecture, write the code, ship it and measure the impact.
