Description

The company makes an AI-based CRM in which people and agents work together on customer success.

You will join a delivery team with Forward Deployed Engineers. The team turns complex business problems into agentic AI deployments that go live and create measurable value.

Engagements are short and focused, usually 12 weeks or less. They may cover one strategic account or several customers at once.

The goal goes beyond launch: customers should keep getting lasting, scalable value from what the team builds.

Responsibilities

  • Lead each engagement across the full value cycle of Identify, Commit, Deploy and Consume, and own the outcome at every stage, not only discovery or closing.
  • Set the customer's agentic AI strategy and roadmap. Run design workshops, agent design sessions and jobs-to-be-done analysis.
  • Design solutions across the agentic AI platform, the data platform and the customer's enterprise systems, with responsible AI governance built in from the start.
  • Run engagement delivery: timelines, stakeholder updates, risk escalation and progress reports. Make sure no task is missed.
  • Own adoption, consumption and expansion metrics within your engagement. Spot blockers early and plan how to deliver measurable value.
  • Work closely with the Forward Deployed Engineers to match strategy with technical delivery. Keep the team focused, unblocked and on schedule for milestones.
  • Build real customer solutions with AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude and the company's Vibes coding product.
  • Be the main customer contact. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and present proposals, decisions and results in business terms rather than technical detail.
  • Assess how ready a customer is for AI and guide change management and process redesign so they get the most from intelligent agents.
  • Turn field insights into concrete product feedback that shapes the company's agentic AI platform roadmap.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, delivery leadership or programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Prior customer-facing delivery experience in consulting, professional services or technical advisory. This is required, not optional.
  • A clear understanding of the company platform and its ecosystem, including agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
  • Working knowledge of at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript, Java or Apex.
  • A proven record of leading complex, unclear engagements from discovery to measurable results.
  • Experience leading AI or LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy, conversation design and responsible AI practice.
  • Strong project and programme management skills: running several workstreams, managing stakeholder expectations and keeping delivery on track in unclear settings.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to customer sites.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Preferred: experience with the company's Data Cloud, its agentic AI platform and its CRM products across Sales, Service and Marketing.
  • Preferred: experience designing and deploying AI solutions in regulated industries such as public sector, financial services or healthcare.
  • Preferred: platform certifications, such as Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist or Application Architect, or similar certifications from Microsoft, Oracle or other platform vendors.
  • Preferred: background in change management, organisational design or enterprise transformation.
  • Preferred: experience with AI and ML concepts beyond LLMs, including NLP, RAG architectures and model evaluation frameworks.
  • Preferred: a hands-on, action-first approach that works well in unstructured, fast-moving environments.

Conditions

Engagements typically last 12 weeks or less and may involve one account or several at the same time.

Travel of up to 25% of your time to customer sites.

Benefits

  • Access to company benefits and resources aimed at helping you keep a healthy balance between work and life.
