  • Coach and guide team members and contractors day to day, reinforcing accountability, engagement and leadership behaviors.

Requirements

  • Show proven experience leading teams in high-tempo operations and owning execution and results.
  • Have hands-on work with vehicle ECUs, embedded systems or in-vehicle software deployment.
  • Understand automotive communication protocols such as CAN and Ethernet, and how ECUs interact.
  • Have used vehicle diagnostic and reprogramming tools such as NeoVI, vSPY, DPS or equivalents.
  • Know end-of-line manufacturing and validation, including software flashing, verification and issue resolution.
  • Can troubleshoot software and hardware integration problems in vehicles or manufacturing settings.
  • Have coordinated engineering, manufacturing and software teams to carry out deployment work.
  • Communicate clearly enough to align cross-functional teams and give useful updates at every level.
  • Can travel extensively, 50% or more, across domestic and international company sites.
  • Preferred: prior experience leading reflash, software deployment or launch support in a manufacturing environment.
  • Preferred: experience in vehicle assembly plants, yard operations or post-production vehicle handling.
  • Preferred: familiarity with software release processes, version control and breakpoint management such as VeSCoM.
  • Preferred: understanding of SDV architecture and OTA or update strategies in a manufacturing or post-production context.
  • Preferred: experience writing standard work, training materials or deployment playbooks.
  • Preferred: exposure to data analysis, reporting or issue tracking tools used in manufacturing or software deployment.
  • Preferred: bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
