Requirements

  • At least 10 years of software engineering experience, including leading engineering teams in agile delivery.
  • At least 3 years of people leadership experience.
  • Strong track record of executing roadmaps, planning delivery, managing dependencies and engaging stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in hiring, mentoring, developing and retaining high-performing engineers.

  • Experience with search, browse, recommendations, merchandising or product discovery.
  • Experience with consumer behavioural data, experimentation platforms, product catalogues, search technology, recommendation engines or personalisation platforms is a plus.
  • Experience using coding agents, LLMs and AI-assisted engineering tools to improve delivery and team productivity is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in global DTC, retail, omnichannel commerce or high-volume consumer digital environments is preferred.
