Description

As a technical lead and manager of the DevOps/DevSecOps team, you will be responsible for leading the team in building and scaling the AI cloud infrastructure and developer platform. As our platform and teams grow fast, the infrastructure team is tasked with designing and operating reliable and resilient foundational services as well as frameworks that allow our product to scale seamlessly and our engineering teams to build customer facing features very rapidly.

Lead, grow, and mentor a team of DevOps/DevSecOps engineers, and build a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Own the design and evolution of Moveworks' build, release, and deployment systems, including CI/CD pipelines, artifact management, progressive delivery, and rollbacks, with a focus on speed, reliability, and developer experience.

Drive infrastructure-as-code and GitOps practices across our cloud environments (Terraform, Helm, Argo CD, or similar) so that infrastructure changes are repeatable, reviewable, and auditable

Build security into the software development lifecycle: SAST/DAST/SCA scanning, container and image scanning, policy-as-code guardrails, etc.

Partner with the security team on vulnerability management, cloud security posture, IAM and least-privilege access, secrets management, and incident response

Co-own on-call, incident management, and postmortem practices for the systems the team runs with other Infra leads.

Run project management for the team: turn ambiguous requests into scoped projects with clear milestones, owners, and success criteria; maintain the roadmap; manage cross-team dependencies and risks; and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership.

Set the vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for DevOps/DevSecOps, aligned with company goals for product, engineering, security, and compliance.
