Responsibilities

• You'll lead our Warsaw engineering office, a team of about 10 full-stack engineers building the platform our customers quote and purchase on. You'll own hiring, delivery, and code quality, and you'll still write code. You'll work directly with the founders, our SF team, and our customers.
• Full time, in person in our Warsaw office, five days onsite and one remote. This role runs on a 9-9-6 schedule.
• Lead and grow a team of about 10 engineers.
• Set technical direction for a SaaS product deployed to customers internationally.
• Up to one week of international travel per quarter (SF HQ and customer sites).

Requirements

• 10+ years of genuine full-stack experience.
• You've built and run internationally deployed SaaS.
• You work at the frontier of AI coding and push your team to do the same.
• Fluent English.
• You're comfortable working for founders in their early twenties.

• Initial call with engineer → Technical screening → Quick call with founder → fly out to SF/Warsaw HQ for onsite (on us) → offer.
