  • Evaluate designs and solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical, operational, maintenance and strategic stakeholders, as well as design coordinators.

  • Have at least 5 years of design and management experience.
  • Have around 5 years of experience managing design through the full project lifecycle, ideally across several sectors and procurement routes.

  • Understand integrated design delivery and how to manage consultant performance.
  • Have knowledge and experience of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and common data environments.
  • Have strong practical knowledge of construction work types, methods and design solutions.
  • Have experience with CAD, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
  • Experience of building fit out, defence industry and machine integration is preferable.
  • Be passionate about construction and customer satisfaction, holding yourself to high standards.
  • Communicate well, able to liaise effectively with both clients and staff.
  • Be self-driven, results-oriented and positive.
  • Be skilled in people management, time management and project design management.
