Director, Technical Program Management

Business and Market Insights (B&MI) turns data into intelligence, analytics and consulting that help businesses run more effectively, improve performance and find growth.

This Director role leads the Portfolio, Intake and Governance group within B&MI Program Governance.

You will set roadmap strategy with business stakeholders and manage demand across 10+ programs in the area.

You will lead a team of technical program managers who represent B&MI with the shared service partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan, run and deliver projects from start to finish.
• Find, understand and manage dependencies and risks across roles and teams.
• Spot roadblocks early and build and carry out contingency plans as projects move forward.
• Drive alignment and accountability across engineering, product, operations and business teams.
• Keep each program's financial planning current so teams focus on the key initiatives.
• Lead teams through shifting priorities and needs.

Requirements

• Experience building relationships, influencing dependent teams and earning respect across the organization.
• Strong leadership skills to guide teams through many changing priorities.
• Deep knowledge of financial planning for programs.

Conditions

The role is based in O'Fallon, Missouri, and assumes the work is performed in the US.

Base salary ranges from $152,000 - $258,000 USD, varying with location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

You may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions, depending on the role.

The company intends to fill this position by 12/30/2026, or as soon as possible if that date has passed.
