Description

The company builds AI that lets the physical world respond to people, starting with parking and extending into retail and hospitality.

It serves millions of Members, and the team sits at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate.

The product organization is made up of product leaders and engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for payment processing, subscription billing, and revenue automation and reconciliation, with a focus on accuracy, scale, and reliability.
  • Lead the company's relationships and strategy with payment processors, covering routing and fee structure, and represent product in those partnerships.
  • Set the client reporting strategy with Real Estate Partners (REPs), learning their reporting needs and testing options such as MCP-based or agentic data access in place of static dashboards.
  • Work closely with Engineering to set priorities and design platform solutions together.
  • Define and monitor metrics such as reconciliation accuracy, billing cycle time, and revenue leakage, and use them to set priorities.
  • Keep Product, Engineering, Finance, and executive leadership informed about the roadmap, progress, and risks.
  • Hire, coach, and grow a team of product managers as the organization expands.

Requirements

  • You will own how the company processes, records, and reports on payments. The company processes $5B in payments a year, and $1B of that runs through its own platform today. This role owns and grows that $1B.
  • You will lead product strategy for payment processing, enterprise billing, client and revenue reporting, and revenue automation and reconciliation.
  • This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Product. You will work hands-on on strategy, execution, and alignment across teams, with the option over time to build and lead a product manager team in this area.
  • You have 10+ years of product management experience, including owning payments, billing, or financial systems products.
  • You have a deep understanding of payment processing, including routing, reconciliation, and processor relationships, as well as enterprise and subscription billing.
  • You are technically and data literate, comfortable with financial data models, transaction schemas, SQL, and ledger systems.
  • You can discuss system architecture and integration tradeoffs with Engineering without owning those decisions.
  • You analyze data well and set priorities based on it.
  • You communicate clearly and manage stakeholders well, including clients (REPs) and executives.
  • You can work in fast-paced, unclear situations and bring order to complex problems.
  • You have used AI tools to turn static workflows into responsive, high-output processes.
  • Nice to have: experience building and leading teams, and domain experience in parking, transportation, or mobility.
  • Stack: TypeScript, React, Scala (mainly), Java (limited); MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake; AWS; Git and GitHub; Claude Code and Copilot on GitHub; Datadog.

Conditions

This is an office-first role: corporate team members must be on-site at least four days a week.

The anticipated base salary is $220,000.00 USD to $245,000.00 USD per year. The actual offer depends on qualifications, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, education, certifications or licenses, and location of residence or employment.

An automated employment decision tool may be used to assess your application against the job's requirements, and your data is kept for as long as reasonably needed for that use and may become part of your employee record if you are hired.

Benefits

  • Healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance.
  • Access to a stock option plan and bonus plans, with base salary forming one part of total compensation.
