Description

The company is the company, a Work AI platform that started as enterprise search and now includes AI search, an AI assistant and AI agents on one secure, open platform. It offers more than 100 enterprise SaaS connectors, lets customers choose their LLM, and provides APIs so organizations can govern, scale and customize AI without vendor lock-in or long implementations.

The company's Enterprise Graph and Personal Knowledge Graph link people, content and activity to give each employee personalized, context-aware answers. Its agents handle real cross-team work using enterprise and public data, both structured and unstructured, historical and real-time. Customers report faster onboarding, hours saved each week, and better decisions.

The company has been recognized by Fast Company (Top 10 World's Most Innovative Companies, 2025), CNBC Disruptor 50, Bloomberg AI Startups to Watch (2026), Forbes AI 50 and Gartner Tech Innovators in Agentic AI. It serves customers in more than 50 industries and has over 1,000 employees in more than 25 countries.

The team builds systems used daily inside Microsoft Teams, Zoom, ServiceNow, Zendesk, GitHub and many other tools, shipping agentic features on an open, extensible stack with enterprise-grade trust.

The role leads digital marketing for the Enterprise AI platform. You will own the digital channels, the website experience and performance strategy, linking audience insight and company priorities to engagement, qualified pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Set the global digital marketing strategy across paid media, search, website, email, social, retargeting and newer digital channels.
  • Own digital targets and reporting, tying channel results to qualified engagement, meetings, pipeline, revenue, cost efficiency and return on investment.
  • Run paid media across Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic and video, covering audiences, budget split, forecasts, agency oversight, creative tests and optimization.
  • Grow the company's presence in AI answer engines and LLM-driven experiences, so its brand and content are found there (answer engine optimization).
  • Work with demand generation, ABM, field marketing, product marketing, sales, SDRs, marketing operations, RevOps, web, content and creative to build full-funnel programs.
  • Own the website and conversion roadmap: messaging, user experience, landing pages, forms, calls to action, personalization and conversion paths.
  • Build a disciplined testing program covering audiences, messages, offers, creative, media mix, landing pages and funnel steps.
  • Improve visibility in traditional search and AI-driven discovery through SEO, answer engine and generative engine optimization, structured content and technical foundations.

Requirements

  • Have 10+ years in digital, growth, performance, demand generation or revenue marketing, including leadership in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology or AI.
  • Have a record of building multi-channel digital programs that deliver qualified pipeline and revenue efficiently in a complex, sales-led business.
  • Have deep experience in paid search, paid social, programmatic or display, retargeting, web marketing, CRO, experimentation, SEO, analytics and campaign operations.
  • Have built account-based digital programs and worked closely with sales, SDRs, ABM, field marketing, product marketing, demand generation and RevOps.
  • Bring strong analytical and business judgment, linking digital results to conversion rates, pipeline, revenue, attribution, forecasting and ROI.
  • Have shown you can lead teams, manage budgets and agencies, influence senior stakeholders and create structure where little exists.
  • Be hands-on with AI, with a track record of using it to sharpen marketing strategy, personalization, analysis, reporting and team output.
