The company makes a process intelligence platform built around a context model that combines process data, business knowledge and intelligence into a digital twin of the enterprise, so AI can understand how business processes actually run. Its customers include large companies worldwide, and it works with a global partner ecosystem. It is headquartered in Munich and New York City and has more than 20 offices.
The Services team turns the platform into measurable business outcomes for customers. Deployment Engineers and Deployment Architects combine industry knowledge and platform skills with AI-assisted delivery. The team owns go-live, adoption, early value realization and long-term customer success.
Watch the introductory video on the Process Intelligence Platform. The company states that its people make it who it is and that the best teams include different perspectives.
Application data is processed under the company's Accessibility and Candidate Notices. An AI tool matches resume information to job descriptions and produces match scores, preliminary rankings and recommendations, but hiring managers and the talent acquisition team make all final decisions.
Be wary of job offer scams and impersonators.
Responsibilities
You lead hands-on implementation of the platform for enterprise customers, using AI deployment tools as your main working instruments. You direct agents to build data models, analyses and operational solutions, then check their output and adapt it to each customer.
Your work is not manual consulting. You write specifications for AI agents, have them execute, validate the results and iterate with the customer, translating their business needs into technical solutions with measurable impact.
Run discovery workshops to turn customer strategic goals into high-impact use cases.
Agree project scope, data requirements and success criteria with the customer's IT and business stakeholders.
Make sure data connections and extraction pipelines are configured correctly, bringing in specialists where needed.
Write the initial solution design, covering requirements, process events and data points.
Recommend automation opportunities that keep the platform business-critical.
Direct the AI agent (Apollo) to build data models, process analyses, KPIs and dashboards, writing clear specifications and checking outputs against business requirements.
Build and configure solutions across the platform, including the Process Intelligence Graph, data transformations, process analysis, operational solutions and AI-powered insights.
Find process inefficiencies and root causes with the platform, always together with the customer.
Design and build operational solutions that drive value, adoption and better process conformance.
Check AI outputs for accuracy, business relevance and fit with customer context, applying domain knowledge where the AI falls short.
Lead value workshops and define measures to reduce process inefficiencies.
Define and build KPIs that track customer success and quantify business impact.
Present business cases to VP and C-suite stakeholders and secure sign-off on the value realization plan.
Enable key customer users to use and extend the solution on their own.
Manage project outcomes against timelines, scope and customer expectations.
Train customer users and demonstrate the solution, guiding them toward sustained value.
Document design decisions and configurations for future reference and handover.
Build deep expertise in a process domain (such as Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement or Production) or an industry vertical (such as Automotive, Retail, Pharma or Banking).
Identify and standardize high-value use cases in your domain, working with Product and Business Apps teams on the platform roadmap.
Support pre-sales as a subject matter expert: run requirements workshops with Deployment Architects, lead scoping sessions and contribute to estimates, offers and statements of work.
Share domain and industry knowledge internally and externally through communities, enablement, knowledge management and speaking at events.
Help hire for the Deployment job family by defining the standard, interviewing candidates and calibrating assessments.
Requirements
At least 4 years in management or IT consulting, data or solution consulting, or process improvement consulting, at software vendors, consulting firms or system integrators.
Ability to build and configure solutions on the platform, including data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition and automation.
Proficiency in PQL, SQL and Python.
Comfort with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor. You can write clear specifications, judge AI output and iterate quickly. Prompt or context engineering experience is a strong plus.
Understanding of enterprise business processes and financial metrics, with depth matching your seniority. Knowledge of SAP or Oracle ERPs and of areas such as Inventory Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Accounts Payable is a strong plus.
Able to lead customer workshops, present findings to management, manage stakeholder expectations and deliver results despite adversity and ambiguity. Comfortable speaking to both technical and business audiences.
Strong problem solver with a focus on value. You can turn business requirements into technical solutions and quantify impact.
Willing to keep learning through experimentation and to work with ambiguity and changing tools.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable field.
Fluent English is required. Other languages are a plus.
