  • Advise leaders as the trusted subject matter expert on data science and advanced analytics efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, operations research, economics or another quantitative field; relevant experience may be accepted in place of the degree.
  • 10+ years in data science, advanced analytics, statistical modeling or machine learning.
  • A record of building and deploying predictive analytics and data-driven solutions in production.

  • Hands-on work with statistics, forecasting, experiments and hypothesis tests.
  • Experience with large, complex datasets drawn from several sources.
  • Comfort with ML tooling such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar.
  • You have worked with Generative AI, large language models and AI-powered analytics.
  • Solid grasp of data exploration, feature engineering, validation and model evaluation.
  • Ability to explain complex findings clearly to executives, mission stakeholders and non-technical people.
