The company runs a life insurance business in Hungary, where it began in 1991 under its original name. It became a market leader within six years and remains a major player in that market.

Future roles could involve applying advanced technology to the company's business goals, building predictive and descriptive models, and working with AI.

Responsibilities

• Help drive the development, rollout and communication of use cases.
• Identify business needs and propose data science solutions for them.
• Write complex SQL queries and carry out data transformations.
• Help bring the latest AI technologies into the organisation and adapt them to its needs.
• Build predictive and descriptive models, including machine learning and deep learning solutions, that give business teams useful insights for growth and company targets.
• Develop, fine-tune and assess generative AI applications, including agentic AI solutions for business growth and automation.
• Work with data engineers and data analysts to deliver accurate reports and data models that inform business decisions.

Requirements

• A university or college degree, ideally in business, economics, IT or a STEM field.
• 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Fluent English.
• Advanced knowledge of machine learning, deep learning and generative AI.
• Python programming experience and a solid grasp of coding standards.
• Expert-level SQL and Power BI skills.
• Potential advantages: experience in the insurance or financial sector, and Java coding knowledge.
