Responsibilities

  • Lead and support data analytics and business intelligence work, focused on Non-Financial Risk such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Client Review, Fraud or Sanctions.
  • Work with internal IT and external providers to run in-depth analyses and find top solutions, using current technology and the Compliance Analytics & Transformation in-house infrastructure.
  • Design, build, monitor and document predictive models that follow industry best practice and a sound theoretical basis.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to build quantitative solutions that apply analytical methods to improve banking processes.

  • Enthusiasm for using data and statistics to solve complex problems.
  • Curiosity to learn new things, with out-of-the-box thinking that challenges the status quo and proposes new solutions on your own initiative.
  • Enjoy teamwork with diverse experts: listen to other ideas, share your own, and aim for the best outcome.
  • Strong database programming skills, for example in SQL.
  • Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, R or Java.
  • Experience in project management or business analysis.
  • Fluent English, the main business language. Other languages are an advantage.
