Description

The Martech team helps the marketing group grow through linked platforms, trustworthy data, automated workflows, and technology that supports lead handling, CRM work, campaign delivery, reporting, and revenue.

This Data Product Manager role in Marketing Technology defines and ships Martech capabilities. Early priorities are the full lead journey, lead checking and enrichment, marketing data connections, and platform tuning and consolidation. You will work with Marketing, IT, Digital, and Data to turn business needs into clear requirements, rank improvements, and build scalable solutions that make operations more efficient and deliver better business results.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the data product owner for Marketing: collect feedback, surface pain points, and turn needs into Martech features and upgrades.
  • Own clear business requirements for Martech work covering lead management, lead analysis and reporting, system integrations, data quality fixes, and operational workflows.
  • Work with business and technology colleagues on platform capabilities, system roadmaps, integration dependencies, customization, and rollout processes.
  • Join cross-functional teams across the full build cycle: roadmap, discovery, requirements, sprint planning, product reviews, testing, launch readiness, and post-launch tuning.
  • Identify, rank, and write up business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
  • Produce current and future state process documents, system workflows, training material, and gap analyses for alignment and change management.
  • Set and track outcomes, OKRs, KPIs, and adoption metrics for Martech initiatives.
  • Lead or help align stakeholders to get cross-functional sign-off on requirements, solution design, UAT readiness, and release decisions.
  • Define test criteria, support user acceptance testing, confirm business outcomes, and judge launch readiness.
  • Investigate data, lead flow, integration, and process problems across Martech platforms, marketing automation systems, and connected third-party tools.
  • Be the Martech subject matter expert on platforms such as CRM systems, Marketo, Adobe Experience Platform, the company, Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, and other marketing and sales tools.
  • Help with M&A integration by supporting discovery, documentation, and requirements for onboarding acquired systems.
  • Work with global and regional marketing teams to improve communication, adoption, governance, and consistency.
  • Take part in retrospectives and improvement work to cut manual effort, improve data integrity, and raise marketing efficiency.
  • Help maintain Martech governance: documentation, intake, prioritization models, release communications, and operating practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in product management, business product management, marketing technology, marketing operations, CRM, marketing automation, or a related area.
  • Track record of working with Marketing, Sales, IT, Data, and other cross-functional teams to build, ship, and keep improving marketing technology.
  • Solid experience with marketing automation systems and data platforms.
  • Experience with Martech integrations, third-party tools, data flows, APIs, lead management, campaign operations, or customer data platforms.
  • Preferred: Adobe Experience Platform experience.
  • Experience writing business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process documentation.
  • Strong grasp of Agile methods, sprint planning, backlog management, OKRs, and KPI measurement.
  • Experience supporting UAT, release readiness, stakeholder sign-off, and change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for investigating system, data, and process issues.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain business language to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including influencing, aligning, and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle several priorities, projects, and cross-functional dependencies at once.
  • Preferred: experience with data quality, database structures, data cleansing, data enrichment, segmentation, or reporting.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities and high stakeholder visibility.
  • Preferred: experience with enterprise Martech ecosystems and platforms such as CRM systems, Marketo, Adobe Experience Platform, the company, Workfront, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, 6sense, or similar.
  • Preferred: experience supporting lead lifecycle management, routing, scoring, attribution, campaign execution, personalization, or buying group processes.
  • Preferred: knowledge of marketing data governance, consent management, privacy requirements, and operational compliance.
  • Preferred: ability to run SQL queries against data warehouses to analyze large datasets for optimization.
  • Preferred: experience creating enablement materials, training documentation, release notes, and stakeholder communications.
  • Preferred: experience in a global marketing organization or enterprise B2B environment.
