Data & AI Product Delivery Manager

Description

The team is building Data & AI products, and this role leads the delivery execution for one or more cross-functional product teams, reporting to the Senior Director of Data & AI Product Operations.

You will keep delivery moving and manage risk, making sure work stays tied to the outcomes set by product management so the right problems get solved in the right way at the right time.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery so that output is predictable and high quality.
• Apply lean, agile, and flow-based methods to raise throughput and shorten cycle time.
• Run planning, agile ceremonies, discovery-to-delivery handoffs, sprint cadence, and retrospectives.
• Work with the product team to write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases that show customer value and expected results.
• Hold product team members to their deliverables, spot product risks, dependencies, and constraints, and drive them to resolution.
• Coordinate with Commercialization and the wider Enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI teams to keep delivery dates on track.
• Work with the product team to rank work by strategy, outcomes, value, and delivery commitments.
• Help product leaders meet security, privacy, audit, and data governance requirements.
• Support Product Managers by running discovery sessions, cross-functional workshops, and ongoing stakeholder updates.
• Help the product team run dual-track discovery and test assumptions early.
• Organize the logistics of product and feature releases.
• Track the product team's progress against goals, OKRs, and success indicators.
• Report on outcomes using delivery metrics and analytics.
• Build a team culture that feels safe to speak up and performs well.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 3 years in delivery management, program management, agile leadership, or a similar role in data or analytics.
• A bachelor's degree, or an equivalent mix of relevant education and experience.
• A track record of delivering complex data products.
• Experience with ADO, Jira, Confluence, or other agile project and collaboration tools is highly desirable.
• Strong expertise in agile, lean, and flow-based delivery.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Spanish proficiency is preferred.
• Familiarity with data engineering, cloud platforms, and AI delivery.
• Knowledge of the Product Operating Model, a bias for action, and a drive to build products customers love that also work for the business.

Conditions

Full-time position.

Base salary range: $76,200 to $119,460. This is a national average for the job and the actual range may vary by locale. In Colorado, California, Washington, New York, Hawaii, Vermont, Minnesota, Massachusetts, and Illinois, the range may be up to 10% below the minimum and up to 12% above the maximum.
