Description

The role is a cybersecurity position based in Albacete, Spain, at professional level and on a permanent contract.

It sits in the Digital Security and Defence team, which builds and delivers the security solutions that protect the company.

The work is part of a digitalisation and innovation ecosystem focused on industrial digitalisation, where the team builds the next generation of aerospace solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and tune the log forwarding pipelines, data parsing and SIEM infrastructure so that on-premises and cloud environments are fully visible.
• Design, build, test and refine high-fidelity SOC detection rules and automated playbooks that cut false positives and improve incident detection.
• Give SOC analysts ongoing technical support in their daily operational work.
• Help drive the implementation and steady improvement of the SOC strategy, keeping technical integrations aligned with changing business and security needs.
• Work on integrating and using AI technologies as cybersecurity changes quickly.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, with solid technical knowledge of SOC tools, SIEM, XDR and EPP architecture, log management and detection engineering platforms.
• A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or a related field.
• A master's degree specialized in cybersecurity is preferred.
• Professional fluency in English, written and spoken, is mandatory for working in international, cross-functional teams.
• The ability to explain complex technical problems in clear, actionable terms to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• A analytical, problem-solving mindset, high engagement, a willingness to learn and a collaborative approach as a team player.
• Awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to acting with integrity, which the company treats as the basis for its success, reputation and sustainable growth.
