The role sits within the digital campus, an ecosystem focused on industrial digitalization and innovation that is aimed at shaping the future of flight.

The company is a strategic Center of Excellence and a global leader in helicopter production. You can grow alongside its major projects in a young, collaborative, multicultural team.

Responsibilities

  • Run and improve log forwarding, data parsing and SIEM infrastructure so that on-premises and cloud environments are fully visible.

  • Help drive the SOC strategy and architecture, keeping technical integrations aligned with changing business and security needs.
  • Integrate and apply AI technologies as cybersecurity changes quickly.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or a related field.
  • Professional fluency in English, written and spoken, is mandatory for working in international, cross-functional teams.
  • A proven ability to turn complex technical problems into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
  • An analytical, problem-solving mindset, high engagement, eagerness to learn and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Preferred: a master's degree specialized in cybersecurity.

Conditions

The role follows a hybrid work model, with flexible arrangements wherever possible.

The position is permanent and based in Albacete, Spain.

The role requires a security clearance or eligibility to obtain one from the recognized authorities.

You are expected to stay alert to compliance risks and act with integrity, which underpins the company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
