Customer Service Engineer III

This is a field role based with customers, where you install, troubleshoot, service, maintain and repair the company's CT, MRI and X-ray imaging equipment at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Repair equipment quickly and well, and train operators so systems run at their best, keeping customers satisfied.
• Manage the territory's finances by meeting or beating targets for revenue, spending and inventory.
• Track expiry dates for all tools and test equipment, and never use or service in the field any test equipment that is overdue for calibration.
• Record every use of tools and test equipment on the eFSR.
• Build sound working relationships with customers and colleagues, and complete administrative work accurately.
• Coach other CSEs on every skill and duty in the role.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Technology, Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering or a related field, plus five years in this job or in a related role such as Field Service Technician, Electronics Technician, Medical Technologist, Biomedical Engineer or similar.
• Five years of hands-on experience servicing, maintaining and modifying medical imaging equipment at customer sites, working with little supervision.
• Five years of experience building lasting working relationships with customers and peers.
• Five years of experience using electronic and mechanical test equipment.
• Five years of experience testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment.
• Five years of experience with network tools and applications, including eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur and the NAM Customer Service website-Engineer tools.
• Five years of experience finding and reading install, setup, repair and troubleshooting documents, schematics, block diagrams and functional descriptions.
• Five years of experience with electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Conditions

Position title: Customer Service Engineer III.

Monday to Friday, 12:00pm to 9:00pm, 40 hours per week.

100% travel to customer sites in Southern Nevada.

Remote work is allowed from Southern Nevada.
