Description

The company runs digital engagement tools for its U.S. Oncology business, used by healthcare providers (HCPs) and patients.

This is a hands-on product owner role focused on building and maintaining data-driven engagement experiences. You will work with the Activation Engineering Lead to adapt global platform designs into local solutions that get the right information to the right people.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical build and daily upkeep of Salesforce Life Science Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
  • Support pilots of Agentforce to automate customer interactions and improve field force productivity.
  • Carry out the technical plan for omnichannel journeys, so that Data Cloud triggers real-time, personalised actions for field reps inside the CRM.
  • Build and maintain API-first and event-driven integrations between Salesforce and oncology data sources such as claims and EHR feeds.
  • Lead a squad of engineers through daily Scrum and Kanban work, run code reviews and enforce DevSecOps standards, including CI/CD and automated testing.
  • Review technical deliverables from external partners to confirm they meet internal architecture principles and code quality expectations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in CRM or related customer engagement work.
  • Deep technical experience with Veeva CRM and/or Salesforce Life Science Cloud, including configuring Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Skill in RESTful API design and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) with tools such as MuleSoft or Kafka.
  • Proven experience leading engineering squads, managing technical debt, and working with GitFlow and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to explain technical trade-offs to IT partners and turn business requirements into technical designs.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience or certifications in Salesforce Agentforce, or building autonomous agents with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Preferred: deep understanding of U.S. Oncology, including HIPAA, claims data, EHR models and regulatory considerations.
  • Preferred: proficiency in AWS or Azure cloud services, especially serverless computing (Lambda/Functions) or data warehousing (Snowflake).
  • Preferred: experience managing Managed Services or System Integrator (SI) partners to ensure code quality and adherence to architecture blueprints.
