The company is hiring a Creative Director to run its in-house creative team and set how the brand looks across photography, campaigns, content, art direction, digital, editorial and wider brand communications.
You will work alongside the Chief Creative Officer to turn the creative vision into a distinct, cohesive visual identity where every touchpoint looks considered, relevant and recognisably the brand.
You will guide work from first concept to finished execution and keep quality high across all imagery and communications.
The role is highly collaborative, with the Head of Creative, marketing, photography, content and other teams across the wider group.
Responsibilities
Work with the Chief Creative Officer to set and develop the overall creative direction and visual identity.
Turn the brand vision into a clear, distinctive visual language for all creative output, and set the standard for motion, photography, art direction, campaigns, editorial, digital and content.
Keep output cohesive while leaving room for freshness, experimentation and change.
Build concepts and visual stories for products, collections and collaborations, and maintain a strong visual point of view across every touchpoint.
Spot new opportunities, references, talent and cultural influences, and push the team toward work that is distinctive, relevant and visually strong.
Lead, coach and grow the creative team, manage and support the Head of Creative, and oversee photography, art direction, content and other disciplines.
Set clear expectations on quality, output, ownership and deadlines, give regular feedback, and encourage the team to challenge and bring new ideas.
Decide the right mix of in-house, freelance and external talent for each project.
Direct product, lifestyle, interiors, campaign and editorial photography and motion, setting principles for light, composition, styling, set design, casting, locations and storytelling.
Build a distinctive photographic language with the photographer and art direction team, commission photographers, stylists, set designers, artists and other talent, and review concepts, treatments, moodboards, shoot plans and final images.
Lead campaigns from first concept to final execution, turning commercial priorities from marketing into creative work with a clear visual narrative across channels.
Direct seasonal launches, key product moments, collaborations and brand initiatives, and adapt the creative across editorial, digital, social and marketing.
Make sure the brand looks consistent at every customer-facing point.
Set up a clear process from brief and concept through to delivery, with a defined brief, visual direction and agreed output for each project.
Keep the pipeline visible, flag creative risks early with solutions, and keep projects on time and up to standard.
Improve team processes and ways of working over time.
Own and update the visual standards, write creative principles for internal teams and external partners, and protect the brand while letting its expression evolve.
Benchmark the brand against leading creative, fashion, interiors, hospitality and cultural brands.
Work with marketing, product, NPD and commercial teams, build relationships with agencies, photographers, stylists, artists and production companies, and present ideas confidently to senior leaders.
