Description

The company makes intelligent visual technology for homes and businesses. It was founded in 2009 by a group of engineers focused on smarter security.

Its products are used by millions of people in more than 110 countries and regions.

This role raises the quality, relevance and results of creative marketing in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

You will turn global brand and product direction into campaign ideas and visuals that connect with consumers in the DACH region, working closely with the Head of Marketing DACH and with local and global marketing teams.

The role needs hands-on design skill, creative thinking, knowledge of the regional market and the ability to guide others creatively. Video and motion skills matter, but large or specialist productions can draw on global or external resources.

The team is open and easygoing and enjoys sharing wins. The role offers a chance to help build a stronger local creative capability within a growing international brand.

Responsibilities

  • Build creative ideas, campaign concepts and visuals for the DACH market, based on marketing goals and consumer insight and in line with the global brand.
  • Localise global campaigns, product launches and brand projects for consumers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
  • Produce high-quality visuals for digital campaigns, social media, retail and POS, events, partnerships and other touchpoints.
  • Adjust global creative assets for DACH audiences, keeping the brand consistent while accounting for market and cultural differences within the region.
  • Give creative direction and set a high visual standard across regional marketing.
  • Make short-form video, motion and social-first content for everyday needs.
  • Work with Social/Creator, PR, Sales/Retail and Content/Copy colleagues to turn briefs into finished creative.
  • Draw on the global Brand, Design, Video and Content teams and their existing assets and production capacity.
  • Brief and manage external photographers, videographers, designers and other partners when specialist work is needed.
  • Create test variations and use performance data, consumer feedback and creative trends to improve results.
  • Use generative AI and new creative tools to speed up ideas, raise quality, increase variety and cut production time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in graphic design, creative development, visual communication, art direction or integrated content creation.
  • A strong portfolio showing high-quality visual design, creative thinking and digital work, and, preferably, physical marketing touchpoints.
  • Hands-on expertise with professional design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent.
  • A proven record of making social media and digital campaign assets and integrated marketing, ideally including retail or e-commerce.
  • Ability to develop concepts and visual ideas, not just carry out set layouts or adaptations.
  • Practical video editing and/or motion design skills. Advanced film production is not required.
  • A solid grasp of consumers, visual culture and communication trends in the DACH region.
  • Experience adapting international or global campaigns for regional or local markets is an advantage.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across regional and global teams.
  • Ability to manage several projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-reliant, proactive and hands-on approach to work.
  • Native-level or highly fluent German and proficient English.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, technology, e-commerce, smart home or retail is an advantage.
  • Confident use of generative AI and other emerging creative tools, applied with sound human judgment and brand standards.

Conditions

The role covers Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Flat hierarchy: you own your work and can put your own ideas into practice.

Benefits

  • A competitive benefit structure that rises with the results you achieve.
