Description

You are an experienced recruiter who likes working on your own, owning vacancies, stakeholder relationships and hiring results, and being present on site to advise managers. The role supports two growing international operations.

As the corporate recruiter, you will handle recruitment at the Puttershoek and Lelystad locations, splitting your week between them. You will work closely with managers and HR colleagues as their main recruitment contact and need to be confident, able to make decisions alone, and comfortable managing stakeholders in a changing environment.

The company is a global 3PL partner focused on supply chain management and e-commerce. In Puttershoek you will support an international fashion operation that is growing. In Lelystad you will help build up one of the company's newest logistics sites, which serves a technology customer. Both sites have an international setting, ambitious targets and steady demand for new people.

The role suits someone who enjoys independent work, moving between locations and building recruitment processes rather than just running them.

Responsibilities

  • You will run the full recruitment process for Puttershoek and Lelystad, from intake to the job offer.
  • You will advise and push back on hiring managers about recruitment strategy, labour market conditions and candidate choices.
  • You will source candidates actively and build talent pools for current and future openings.
  • You will work with HR, sourcing and employer branding colleagues to reach the right target groups.
  • You will help improve recruitment processes, candidate experience and employer branding.
  • You will work alongside the HR Advisors at both sites and take part in the central Recruitment Team.
  • You will be the dedicated recruitment partner and first contact for managers at both locations.
  • You will travel to the headquarters in Gennep about once a month for meetings, knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • You will usually spend two days a week in Puttershoek, two days in Lelystad and one day working from home.

Requirements

  • You have HBO-level working and thinking ability, or an equivalent level.
  • You have at least five years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • You have an excellent command of English.
  • You have managed vacancies on your own and built strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • You have experience sourcing candidates and approaching them proactively.
  • You know ATS systems and recruitment processes.
  • You can work at both the Puttershoek and Lelystad locations.
  • You take a proactive, independent and results-driven approach and communicate well.
  • Speaking Dutch is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain or operations recruitment is an advantage.
  • Living within reasonable travelling distance of both locations is an advantage.

Conditions

You must be legally authorised to work in the Netherlands when you apply.

You must be willing to travel between Puttershoek and Lelystad.

The gross monthly salary is between €2,626 and €4,911 for 40 hours per week, depending on experience.

The company is an equal opportunities employer and assesses candidates on talent and motivation.

Your application data is processed for recruitment purposes under GDPR, and unsolicited approaches from agencies are not welcome.

Benefits

  • You will work with international stakeholders in a setting that values taking initiative, teamwork and ownership.
  • You can grow professionally and personally through the company's learning centre and targeted training programmes.
  • You receive 25 days of annual leave based on 40 hours per week.
  • You can buy up to one extra week of leave and get three additional non-sickness days.
  • You get a company laptop and mobile phone, which you may also use privately.
  • You get access to an attractive pension scheme and a travel allowance.
  • You can use Employee Benefits @ Work for discounts on various products and services.
  • You get a discount on gym membership and can join a bicycle scheme.
