CLM Solution Engineer

Description

The company is a luxury group with several Houses in jewelry, watches and high-end accessories, each keeping its own style, quality and craftsmanship while designing new products.

The Source Product team for procurement is looking for a tech-minded IT specialist to configure, run and keep improving the new CLM platform, Sirion's contract lifecycle management software.

You will connect business stakeholders in Procurement, Legal, Sales and Real Estate with the technology, so the platform fits their changing needs.

The role suits someone who wants to become a subject matter expert on a leading SaaS platform and build skills in procurement technology.

Responsibilities

• Run daily administration of the Sirion CLM platform: users, security, workflows and template updates.
• Work with the product owner and business users to collect feedback, find pain points and turn needs into functional specs and system improvements.
• Act as the main LVL3 technical contact for the CLM platform, handling user support and troubleshooting, and build training materials to help users adopt it.
• Help with the initial rollout and later releases by testing new features, managing sandbox and test environments and deploying updates to production.
• Write and maintain clear technical and user documentation covering configurations, processes and integrations.
• Take part in evaluating and possibly integrating other SaaS tools into the procurement technology stack.

Requirements

• Show a good mindset and a real drive to keep learning; this counts as much as direct experience.
• Have proven hands-on experience administering and configuring a CLM SaaS tool such as Sirion, Icertis, Conga, DocuSign CLM or Agiloft.
• Be comfortable with system configuration, process and workflow design, and turning business processes into platform solutions.
• Experience with Sirion CLM is a significant advantage.
• Understand product team methods such as Agile or Scrum, or have worked in them, with a focus on continuous improvement and iterative delivery.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and pay close attention to detail.
• Communicate well and build good relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Optional: experience with other procurement or source-to-pay SaaS platforms, such as Coupa, SAP Ariba or GEP.
• Optional: basic knowledge of system integrations, APIs and data management.
• English at a very good professional level is required.
• Optional: French is a plus.
