Description

The company is building the future of finance by making investing and money management open to everyone.

An estimated $124 trillion in assets will pass to younger generations over the next two decades, the largest wealth transfer in history. This role sits at the center of that shift.

The team applies new technologies to large financial problems and looks for people who think boldly, solve problems quickly, and want to make a real impact.

This is a back office operations role in the brokerage clearing function, supporting growth and strategic projects across Clearing Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main link between Clearing Operations and the Product and Engineering teams, so Clearing Ops is involved and ready at every stage of product development.
  • Build a solid understanding of the company's back office operations and partner with desk leads and subject matter experts across each area so their processes are factored into potential product launches.
  • Set a clear direction for initiatives that cover several teams, putting compliance, efficiency, and operational readiness first in decisions.
  • Own launch readiness for new products and initiatives that affect Clearing Operations, coordinating people, process, and technology before go-live.
  • Track progress, measure results, and keep senior stakeholders updated.
  • Use data to make decisions that improve operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with engineering, product, risk, and compliance to turn operational requirements into fast execution plans.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in brokerage operations, ideally at a clearing broker-dealer.
  • Strong knowledge of clearing operations, with hands-on experience in at least one of: settlements, stock loan, margin or options, account transfers, corporate actions, or trading.
  • Deep working knowledge of clearing operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Fluency in artificial intelligence.
  • A proven record of delivering results on medium to large initiatives through excellent program and project management.
  • Experience running several projects at once with stakeholders from different business units.
  • Self-motivated, with a bias for action and the ability to work independently and drive execution.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across many cross-functional teams and respond quickly.
  • FINRA Series 7 license required.
  • FINRA Series 24 license preferred.

Conditions

The role is based in New York, NY, Chicago, IL, Lake Mary, FL, or Denver, CO, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

The company values in-person work for speed, innovation, and team connection.
