About the Role

Join a high-growth AI company as a Business Recruiter, driving full-cycle hiring across business and operations functions. You will partner with recruiting and executive leaders to build teams that support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting from sourcing through close for roles across strategic projects, operations, and go-to-market.
• Build proactive talent pipelines among experienced finance, consulting, private equity, and technology professionals.
• Partner with recruiting and executive leaders to define hiring profiles, prioritize searches, and run structured interview processes.
• Develop and improve recruiting tools and processes, including scorecards, interview rubrics, sourcing, and offer closing.
• Track funnel metrics and use stage-by-stage conversion data to improve recruiting outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with experience in both agency and in-house recruiting environments.
• A record of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, and closing candidates at high-growth startups.
• Experience building pipelines for finance, consulting, private equity, or operationally rigorous business roles, including senior business and go-to-market talent.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with founders, business leaders, and go-to-market teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity, a proactive work style, and experience using recruiting systems and sourcing tools.

Conditions

Base salary: $150,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California.
